- What is the assembled e-bike service?

It's a premium version of our multi-drop service for assembled e-bikes. Each bike shares the run with other deliveries, but is handled with extra care so it arrives scratch-free.
- How heavy can the bike be?

Prices cover bikes up to about 50 kg. For heavier bikes, such as e-motorcycles, get in touch.
- What are your order cutoff times?

Next-day bookings close at 5 PM the day before.
- What happens if a delivery is late, damaged or fails?

It's free. Every late, damaged or failed delivery is free, even when it isn't our fault.
- Can I send more than one bike?

Yes. Each bike is priced separately. Suppliers and stockists on a contract get a second bike to the same stop free. Get in touch to set one up.
- What geographic areas do you cover?

The same areas as our multi-drop service: Sydney, and also Wollongong, Gosford and Newcastle. Regional delivery days are confirmed at booking.
- Do you carry the battery?

Yes, provided the battery is stable for transport.
