It's for oversized parcels (largest side over 1.2 m) and assembled e-bikes on shared runs. You pay per stop rather than for a whole vehicle. Next-day is for bookings by 5 PM the day before.

- What can I send?

Oversized parcels with a largest side over 1.2 m and assembled e-bikes. Boxed e-bikes are priced as oversized parcels. Standard-sized parcels are coming later.
- What geographic areas do you cover?

We deliver across Sydney, and also Wollongong, Gosford and Newcastle. We also cover Camden, the Hawkesbury, Katoomba and the Hunter Valley. Regional delivery days are confirmed at booking.
- Are there any hidden fees or fuel surcharges?

No. All quotes and rates are completely flat and all-inclusive of tolls and fuel levies.
- Is insurance included with my shipment?

Yes. Every consignment is insured against loss or damage in transit, up to $100,000.
- What happens if a delivery is late, damaged or fails?

It's free. Every late, damaged or failed delivery is free, even when it isn't our fault. Parcels also get free returns.
- Are there any restricted or prohibited items?

We do not transport cash, firearms, or illegal hazardous materials. We do, however, safely transport lithium-ion battery powered vehicles (such as assembled e-bikes) provided the batteries are stable for transport.
- How do you handle multi-piece or complex orders (e.g., bikes with separate accessories)?

We pair primary items with additional accessories using barcode labels generated through your order integration, ensuring everything stays together from pickup through to final delivery.
